Headers and footers

By default, the iso style gives page headers and footers according to ISO guidelines. These are:

a header on page one, saying ``INTERNATIONAL STANDARD''.
a running header at the top of every page, giving the standard number, year and language.
a running footer at the bottom of every page, giving the page number.

The headers may be changed as follows:

the header on page one is the argument to the \documenttype command. Thus

    \documenttype{NORME FRANCAISE}
```
gives ``NORME FRANCAISE'' as the page one header.
the running header consists of the argument to the \runninghead command. Thus
```
    \runninghead{Antipasto}
```
gives ``Antipasto'' as the running header.
the running footer consists of the argument to the \runningfoot command and the page number. Thus
```
    \runningfoot{Formaggio}
```
gives ``Formaggio'' and the current page number as the running footer.
